Overview

PhronEdge’s Microsoft Teams integration is the core entry point for many organizations. Admins sign up with Teams OAuth 2.0, sync members automatically, and unlock a seamless experience fully inside Teams.

• All members are onboarded automatically after Admin approval.
  
  

• Channels, meeting calendars, and mentions are synced into PhronEdge.
  
  

• Insights, blockers, and assignments are delivered back natively into Teams.
  
  

• Users can issue natural commands (@PhronEdge schedule, @PhronEdge assign, @PhronEdge escalate) without switching apps.
  
  

Teams becomes the control surface for organizational intelligence.

How it works

1. Admin sign-up: Admin authenticates with Teams using OAuth 2.0.
   
   

2. Automatic onboarding: All members sync into PhronEdge and are ready once approved.
   
   

3. Channel & calendar sync: PhronEdge ingests standups, meetings, mentions, and tasks (standard/private/shared channels where permitted, respecting Microsoft 365 policies).
   
   

4. Surface insights in Teams: contributors get nudges, managers see blockers, executives receive summaries, all delivered in native Teams chat.

• @PhronEdge schedule a leadership sync Thursday 3pm; invite @Sam @Alex; add Teams link

• @PhronEdge create a recurring sprint review every other Friday 2pm

PhronEdge confirms details, checks conflicts, creates the Teams meeting, posts an invite card with Accept/Decline, and logs the action.

Configure

Admins connect Teams in the Admin Center with OAuth 2.0. Once connected:

• All members of the company are synced and onboarded automatically.
  
  

• Channels, calendars, and mentions begin flowing into PhronEdge.
  
  

• Audit logs record every integration event for transparency.
  
  

• If PhronOps is enabled, it adds automation (nudges, escalations, follow-ups).
  
  

Enterprise availability: Advanced admin controls, tenant-wide deployment, and compliance logging available on Enterprise plans.
