How it works

1. Enable the integration by authenticating Google Calendar with OAuth 2.0.
   
   

2. Select calendars to sync into PhronEdge.
   
   

3. Schedule with natural commands:
   
   

   • @PhronEdge schedule a meeting with @Sam and @Alex tomorrow at 2pm.

     

   • @PhronEdge schedule team retro Friday at 10am.
     
     

   • PhronEdge creates the event in Google Calendar, sends invites, and confirms in Slack/Teams.
     
     

4. Capture insights automatically:
   
   

   • Highlight overloaded calendars and recurring blocker meetings.
     
     

   • Surface missed 1:1s and coordination gaps.

Configure

Admins connect Google Calendar in the Admin Center with OAuth 2.0. Once connected:

• All members can schedule meetings through PhronEdge using natural commands.
  
  

• Invites sync across Google Calendar, Slack, Teams, and external users.
  
  

• Calendar-based insights (overloads, blockers, missed 1:1s) are surfaced automatically.
  
  

• Audit logs record every scheduling action and integration event.
  
  

• If PhronOps is enabled, it adds scheduling nudges and escalation prompts.

Enterprise availability: Support for Google Workspace admin-level controls and multi-calendar sync is available on Enterprise plans.
